The purpose is to get your valuable feedback and implement ideas that address your concerns while you dine-in at our restaurants. <br /><br />I am glad to share the feedback has been encouraging from 225 people who filled in our survey form at our 5 branches spread in chennai city. We are taking actions to address concerns you had shared on wash room cleanliness, food taste and customer service.<br /><br />Our Marketing Manager will be calling individually each customer who had shared feedback to update you on the action taken as well as invite you back at Madurai Appu.<br /><br />Please use the comment section in this blog to share your ideas with us.
