Customer Feedback Process

Dear Customers

We implemented in November an ongoing Customer Survey Feedback process that we do on select days in week by the senior management team. The purpose is to get your valuable feedback and implement ideas that address your concerns while you dine-in at our restaurants.

I am glad to share the feedback has been encouraging from 225 people who filled in our survey form at our 5 branches spread in chennai city. We are taking actions to address concerns you had shared on wash room cleanliness, food taste and customer service.

Our Marketing Manager will be calling individually each customer who had shared feedback to update you on the action taken as well as invite you back at Madurai Appu.

Madarai appu , we bought 1/2 a tandoori chicken, you supplied me with a burnt very old chicken pieace , i called and you replaced with well knowing that what you supplied was not good on my first call, but your replacement was a poison, it was so bad my whole house smelled like worst. i will never ever again step into your hotel, i will make sure no one does, i live here for the past 40 years.
